Individual lifestyles and tastes vary from person to person. We have a strong record of listening to those needs and providing clients with innovative design work that responds to those needs in an economical and functional design. If there is a Building Code or Zoning Bylaw issue that precludes an idea from working then we educate our client and work out a functioning alternative through that education process.

- Initiate the Preliminary Design process
- Complete the Preliminary Design work
- Initiate the start of Working Drawings
- Initiate the participation of supplementary Design Professionals
